Our history
With over 30 years of combined experience, our founders Vivian and Daniela identified a recurring problem in every context they encountered: young people and adults alike, in academic, personal, or professional settings, fear public speaking. And the truth is, it's not their fault; no one ever teaches us how.
That's why Eloquentia was created, a project that aims to help people of all experience levels improve their public speaking skills. Our mission is to help those who lack confidence in expressing their ideas gain the knowledge, technique, and practice to begin their journey toward speaking in public with confidence and eloquence.
OUR TEAM
Daniela Guerrero
Co-founder
Daniela is a World Debate Champion for the Council of British International Schools and has more than 10 years of experience as a coach in debate and public speaking, having trained more than 100 students.
With eight years of experience in business acceleration programs, she has also worked with over 130 entrepreneurs and large corporations, both nationally and internationally, to enhance their business capabilities and establish growth strategies. She has been a panelist and facilitator at international forums addressing topics such as gender equality, social impact, business, and investment.
Vivian Garciacano
Co-founder
Vivian is an economist and professor at ITAM, a prominent leader in communication and business. She is a World Debate Champion with the Council of British International Schools and a World Public Speaking Champion with the English Speaking Union. With over 10 years of experience teaching debate and public speaking, she has trained more than 100 students. Vivian is also the Amazon bestselling author of the book 'Learning to Debate: Applying the 3 Basic Techniques to Win an Argument'.
Currently, he is an MBA candidate at Duke Fuqua. His experience also includes participation in business panels, where he has distinguished himself as an influential voice in growth strategies and leadership.
